Brad Paisley received his first guitar at the age of eight and was performing in church soon there after. He was in his first band and writing his own music by the age of 12 and after a performance on Jamboree USA, he was invited to join full-time where he ended up opening for numerous big names like The Judds, Little Jimmy Dickens, and Roy Clark. Not forgetting he was still young and entitled to live like it, he attended Belmont University in Nashville where he met countless contacts. He ended up signing a songwriting contract with EMI right out of school but soon signed with and made his debut with Arista. 1999’s “Who Needs Pictures” brought Paisley two hit singles and his next album, “Part II,” would earn him another solid album and more top ten singles. His newest release, 2003’s “Mud On The Tires,” featured hit songs like “Celebrity” and “Little Moments (Like That).” It also contained a duet with Alison Krauss entitled “Whiskey Lulluby” that became one of the top played songs on the radio
